LOST/STOLEN/SENT TO WRONG ADDRESS
-If a package is lost, stolen, was never delivered even if carrier is claiming it was in fact delivered, this must be taken up with the carrier. They will need to make a claim/investigation. However we will try our best to recover any lost items. Any orders that were sent to the wrong address due to customer not updating the address is out of our hands. Updates & reminders are sent to all customers & it is the customers best interest to update any changes with VM.
ORDERS THAT SAY ARRIVED BUT NEVER ARRIVED
Unfortunately orders that say arrived cannot be covered by Vida Mia, if they arrived and were possibly stolen then the carrier needs to be contacted. However, sometimes orders that say arrived will arrive 1-2 days later. Please wait 48 hours from receiving updated tracking before contacting the carrier.
LOST
If a order is lost or is still in transit but is taking longer than it should, I can do my part to try & track it with the carrier, create a claim etc. But it is not responsibility of mine to replace lost/stolen items.
ROUTE INSURANCE
Route insurance is highly suggested. If any orders are missing along the way of transit, route will refund your order. Route however will not refund if address was not updated on customers part & shipped to the old address. At that point its considered a loss.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
If you were not satisfied with your item, you may return it within 7 days after receiving the order. Customer is responsible for shipping item back including paying shipping, back & forth.  Must be completely un-worn, un-used, un-washed, no stains, no odors etc. Must be sent in the same condition it was sent.
Every item will be inspected & credit can be issued. If item arrives and seems to be worn, used, have odors, stains etc., customer will need to cover shipping to ship item back. Mystery bags are non-refundable.
PREORDER POLICY
Preorders have an eta of 30-120 days not including any additional unforeseen delays. Preorders are non-refundable. Any orders that have partial ready to ship (rts) items, will not be shipped until preorder has arrived. I could invoice to have partials shipped faster but its preferred that RTS & Preorder items are made separate. Under certain circumstances preorders can be refunded and WILL have a restock fee of 25%
3rd party purchases
Any purchases made on mercari, fb marketplace, PayPal, etc. are NOT covered under Vida Mia’s policy, contact seller.
REFUNDS
Refunds are accepted on all orders minus preorders and mystery bags. There is a 25% cancellation/restock fee. Refunds on defective itms are to be done within 7 days of your order arriving. Refunds are only accepted due to defects. If a item arrived defective, we will cover shipping and reship the item or issue a refund.
Things that are not considered defects:
-Long excess strings
-unhappy with bum placement or scale of print
-unhappy with item or change of mind
CHARGEBACKS & OPEN ORDERS
Any customer who has a "open unfulfilled" pending order or refused order while simultaneously having a chargeback or prior chargeback fees against Vida Mia will be refunded the open/refused order and will have a deducted penalty fee and restock of 40% deducted from the refund and will be refused service permanently.
REFUSED ORDERS
Orders that have been refused by customer will be have a restock fee regardless. Any shipping, route is non-refundable due to being used in transit. Any label that is created cannot stop from being filled therefore its best to contact the site to find a resolution.
