Exchanges

If item has a defect such as missing snaps, elastic defect, or anything to do with the way the item was made, please send a picture and your order #. Defected items can only be exchanged.

If the item shows flaw or defect after 30 days of purchase, you can get a exchange but buyer will be in charge of shipping fee. 

Once purchase date passes 90 days there are no exchanges.

Inserts: Inserts have very small baconing or shrinkage due to the natural fibers and nature of materials used. There is no refunds for exchanges for inserts. It is to be expected to have some baconing. 

Returns

We normally do not accept refunds due to re-stock fees, customers prefer exchanges or store credit vs receiving a partial refund. If by any chance a refund is given, any discounts will not be refunded and there will be a 30% re-stocking fee.

 

Side note:

We are not responsible if you items get lost along the way through the mail. We will do our best to help locate item but once you ship item out, it is out of our hands.

Any damages done by your local carrier needs to handled with them, including punctured mail, open mail, wet mail, any damaged mail. Keep in mind we secure our  packages and make sure there is no openings so you should not receive open/damaged mail.

Exchanges

*Exchange will always be first option unless item is out of stock. If item is not available you will be offered store credit or another item of equal value.

*Shipping costs will be the buyers responsibility.

 

 

 

REFUNDS ON PRE-ORDERS OR ITEMS NOT RECEIVED YET

There is no refunds on orders that have not been received to us whatsoever such as preorders. If you are requesting to get a refund for a pre-order that has not arrived to us yet, we can gladly apply it to store credit and it will not expire and you can use it at any time. Agreeing to a pre-order means shipping times may vary especially with COVID.  Shopify applies charge backs for every refund and it becomes a double loss for us as a small business. Shopify and PayPal protects merchants policies so please understand preorders are non-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS.
